Apprenticeships Info
We are part of the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training, who oversee the apprenticeship and traineeship system in Queensland.
For apprentices and trainees, we:
- provide information, support and advice about your apprenticeship or traineeship, including
- your rights and obligations
- tips and other help to resolve issues
- support options and referral services
- can help you meet your training contract responsibilities
- support apprentices and trainees with disabilities
- manage and update your training contract
- manage travel and accommodation allowances
- issue completion certificates when you complete your training.
